For the past dozen or so years, Jay has written over 600 columns on etiquette and civility for the Telegraph-Journal, a regional Canadian newspaper, and answered thousands of questions from people all over the world. He has been interviewed on national television and radio where he shares his perspectives on how civility and manners influence us and society at large, and what we as individuals can do to restore and maintain civilized lives within our families and communities.
